Stacie has a diverse background that includes
experience as an attorney, entrepreneur, and college counselor. After
graduating with honors from the University of Florida Law School,
Stacie pursued a career in law, later transitioning to
entrepreneurship where she developed and launched an innovative
medical device.
Driven by a passion for education, Stacie
returned to school to obtain a College Counseling Certificate from
Rice University, with coursework focused on college counseling and
access. This training equipped her with new strategies for student
engagement and broadened her counseling skills.
Stacie has worked directly in admissions, most
recently at Cornell Law School, where she reviewed over 2000 law
school applications and assisted with admissions events. She also
evaluated undergraduate applications for the University of Florida,
reviewing over 3500 applications.
Her experience also includes volunteering in
college counseling at Northeast High School and Robinson High School,
where she assisted students with post-high school planning, including
college choice, applications, financial aid, and vocational programs.
Stacie specializes in college list building,
essay editing, and common application preparation. As a Former
Admissions Officer with experience reviewing over 5000 applications,
Stacie is dedicated to helping students navigate the admissions
process and find their ideal educational institutions.
